Empties.

It's been pretty easy to buzz through products since I'm home 24/7. My skin is seriously thanking me for spending all this extra time on it, so it's been a win/win overall. I've gotta say, it's been really helpful for me to see what products I'm finishing, i.e. brands, type of product (hair, face, body), and even size of products. I feel like it'll help me become a more efficient shopper in the future. So, what's my latest pleasures you may ask?

HAIR:

Verb Ghost Dry Oil- Oil is the wrong word to describe this product bc it's really a fine mist. I spray this on the ends of my hair AFTER styling to give it a little weight so my hair doesn't fluff up. It takes the frizz out of my ends since ya know, dead ends happen. One of the things I love about Verb products is that they are all $18.

Ouai Conditioner- It's no secret I love all of Ouai's products. I keep an entire arsenal of their stuff from hair to body. If the product itself doesn't show you how well it works, then buy it for the sole purpose of it's smell. I also can't keep away from their shampoo and conditioner. They recently launched a thin, medium and thick hair shampoo that I am ready to jump on! This shampoo/conditioner set has a permanent place in my shower.

FACE:

Elta MD Sunscreen- I know this has been on previous "Empties" posts, so you know it's a real winner in my eyes. I love the silky texture of this sunscreen and how easily it goes on my skin. I always get the tinted kind so I can wear it alone on the weekends. I promise this souffle-like SPF is worth it!

Pixi Glow Tonic- My GF Marty told me about this product and I love it! I use this product in the mornings to give my skin an extra umpf. At night, I recently started using Pixi's Retinol Tonic but TBD on this. Pixi's products are cheap and good, so you know I'll be restocking soon.

Kiehls Midnight Recovery Concentrate- This product is on almost every beauty "Best Of" lists and boasts a huge cult following. Obvi I fall in line with the rest and stay true to this following product. It's an easy add to your nighttime routine. I always wake up feeling a little more hydrated when I add it in!

BODY:

Aveeno Daily Moisturizing Lotion- I've been using this lotion for years. It's one of those you always restock on because you know it works. Since all I've done for three weeks is wash my hands, this lotion has been my saving grace for dry, cracked hands - plus it isn't oily. It's also fragrance-free which makes it perfect for an after bath situation bc if your husband is like mine...he hates lotions that smell. Already repurchased my next bottle!

Mario Badescu Botanical Exfoliating Scrub- Any scrub I don't love on my face, I use on my body instead. The backs of my arms and chest are sensitive, so they need a face scrub to make sure I'm not damaging my skin, plus no product goes to waste! Tip: I do the same thing with moisturizers or masks I don't love - use on my body instead! Since I originally purchased for my face, I probably won't be going back for this product, however, the gentle beads would be perfect for a lot of people.

MAKEUP:

Morphe Setting Spray- This is the best setting spray I've come across. It comes out in this really fine mist and doesn't leave your face feeling sticky or wet. There are a few good setting spray options from Morphe, but this is the one I always go for. It leaves my skin looking dewy from the makeup and holds on tight for an all day stay.

Bobbi Brown Smokey Eye Mascara- If you've followed me for awhile you probably already know how much I love this mascara. Lots of mascaras I've tried help thicken my lashes, while others clump and don't lengthen where I need it. This mascara always delivers and it lengthens and gives a full look with no clumping! I always grab this when it's on sale so I never run out.

Maybelline Instant Age Rewind Concealer- This is a great option for under eye concealer. I use this along with my Tarte Shape Tape concealer for my dark circles and it's like I slept 10 hours instead of 4. You need an uber hydrating product for the under eye and this duo is perfect for that delicate skin. A product I've been using for years and obvi always have in stock.
